Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 quarter pumpkin
- Half a cho cho
- Sweet potato
- Thyme
- Dumplings
- Lamb neck (can use chicken or beef)
- Chicken soup noodles
- Scotch bonnet
- Taste of Distinction Green Seasoning

Instructions
- Wash and season the meat with half a tablespoon of Green seasoning.
- Place meat into pot for for 20 mins.
- Add the pumpkin for about 15mins.
- Add the sweet potato, carrots, cho cho, dumpling. Thyme onions, peppers and garlic and the rest of the green seasoning. Stir and Simmer for another 10/15 mins feel free to add the scotch bonnet during that time.
- Add soup mix and stir it until it’s well mixed and leave for another 10 mins to simmer. (Remove scotch bonnet before serving)
