- Fresh Salmon Steaks
- 5/6 Button Mushrooms
- Baby Spinach
- Pinch of Black pepper
- Juice of lemon
- Taste of Distinction Green seasoning
- Lasagne sheets
- White sauce
- Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Squeeze lemon juice, pinch black pepper over salmon steaks
- Spread green seasoning over each salmon steak
- Wrap individually in foil and bake in pre heated oven on 180 for 20 minutes.
- Remove salmon skin from underside then chop each steak into small pieces.
- Steam spinach 10 mins and wash and slice mushrooms.
- Use oven dish and layer 1/3 of salmon and mushrooms sparingly over top together with 1/3 of steam spinach
- Add a layer of lasagne sheets and cover with white sauce
- Repeat two more layers then sprinkle grated cheese on top layer
- Cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
