Salmon & Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon Steaks
  • 5/6 Button Mushrooms
  • Baby Spinach
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  • Juice of lemon
  • Taste of Distinction Green seasoning
  • Lasagne sheets
  • White sauce
  • Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemon juice, pinch black pepper over salmon steaks
  2. Spread green seasoning over each salmon steak
  3. Wrap individually in foil and bake in pre heated oven on 180 for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon skin from underside then chop each steak into small pieces.
  5. Steam spinach 10 mins and wash and slice mushrooms.
  6. Use oven dish and layer 1/3 of salmon and mushrooms sparingly over top together with 1/3 of steam spinach
  7. Add a layer of lasagne sheets and cover with white sauce
  8. Repeat two more layers then sprinkle grated cheese on top layer
  9. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
